Dreamin' Big - Great golfing moments

This layout follows the one I shared on March 15.  I love that my daughter, her beau, my niece & nephew and my sister and her husband are all very happy to ham it up for the camera!

Dreamin Big layout - Page 004

The layout was created using Dreamin' Big papers(X7218D) and complements (X7218C).  It came together very quickly and features 11 photos - getting lots of snaps on my pages is important to me!

The stickers from the complements make perfect little journal boxes.  I had already told the main story for this event on the p…

Hello Lovely Stamps & Thin Cuts

Hello Lovely Congratulations CardOne of the best parts of managing a team of consultants with Close To My Heart is recognising them for achievements within their business.  For some it is acknowledgement of amazing sales or recruiting and for others it is recognising their first tentative steps in the business.  I like to make cards each month to send to team members.

As women, it is so rare to have someone tell us we are doing a great job.  I know that receiving happy mail in the post gives my team members such a buzz.  I was p…

Thin Cuts - Moroccan Feast

We have friends who are as devoted to good food and wine as we are.  Recently we had a Moroccan themed dinner party.  Having never been to Morocco, I have no table accessories to suit. I needed my trusty CTMH supplies to create the illusion!

Moroccan Dinner - Page 003

I used Glitter paper and the Cricut Artiste Cartridge to make the placemats.  They were perfect and everyone was very careful not to spill anything so I can use them again!

I am so in love with Thin Cuts dies and their matching stamp sets.  No more fussy cutting with these stamps!  Because the dies save time I find I am using the stamps more.

This layout was inspired by pp104-105 of the Cherish How To Book.  It’s a layout we were challenged to use in a team virtual crop this month.  The small squares were the perfect place to showcase the Carnival Fun stamps and Thin Cuts.

Classic Doily

I fell in love with this stamp as soon as I saw it in the catalogue.  It's called Classic Doily (B1424) and it does remind me of hand embroidery.  I was playing with our new heat embossing powders and thought this stamp embossed with gold would look pretty special.  It does!  But you will have to believe me because I forgot to photograph it before I did the next step... colouring it in.  I had planned to keep one plain but the colours of the Shin Han Touch Twin Markers are so gorgeous I couldn'…

Who's the boss?

sept-2-pages-page-007
