Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea - Cuppa, Cards, Pages and Chats

We all know people affected by a cancer diagnosis. Here in Australia, we have a fabulous organisation, the Cancer Council, that supports the patient and their loved ones in a multitude of ways. When my father developed prostate cancer which eventually led to bone cancer and his death, this organisation was always just a phone call away, explaining anything I didn’t understand and offering moral support as I helped he and mum navigate his treatment.

The past few years have seen several of my close friends affected by cancer in one form or another and I feel the need to do more than just sympathise with them.

Three ways to participate

• Scrapbooking 10am-4pm Duncraig - 10 seats only

  • $20 of your $50 registration will be donated to the Cancer Council & you receive instructions to make the Fold Backs Scrapbook Workshop

• Cards Drop in between 2pm - 3.30pm Duncraig

  • Your $15 registration will be donated to the Cancer Council & you make 2 cards

• Card Kits Posted to your home

  • Your $20 registration includes a $15 donation to the Cancer Council, 2 card kits with instructions & postage

for a cuppa and chat as you make a card or two for someone needing a little support? Bring a friend and enjoy some time out together as we raise much needed funds to help Cancer Council maintain the array of services they offer and support much needed research.
