Have you seen the new range of Thin Cuts in the CTMH Annual Inspirations Catalogue? They are not linked to a stamp set and are super versatile for pages and cards. Today I'm showcasing how good the Starsand CelebrateThin Cuts look in Glitter paper. I'm using up the last of my Magical papers. This collection retires at the end of August.
When cutting Glitter paper run it through your embossing machine twice. Then the cuts pop out so easily. If the shape or word does appear stuck in the frame of the thin cut, poke your piercing tool through one of the holes and it will come out.
To make your cluster of stars stand out stick them to the black star printed paper and fussy cut around them. EZ-Dots tape runner can run it across the back of the thin cut and the adhesive shrinks away in the gaps. A lot quicker than using the glue pen.
This cluster shows what the star looks like without a backing.
