Australasian September Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - Paper Garden S1509

The CTMH Paper Garden (S1509) Stamp Set is soft and feminine.

Today's page features my darling mum celebrating her 86th birthday.  The Nevermore paper (X7198B) has a subtle pattern and co-ordinates beautifully with 3 of our brand new Ink colours - Eggplant (Z2647), Pomegranate (Z2653) and Fern (Z2650).  The cardstock is also Eggplant and Pomegranate.  Both are available in the fabulous NEW Enchantment Cardstock Combo Pack (X5781).

Stamping straight onto the paper with Eggplant lets the Nevermore print show through.

The smallest single bloom in the Paper Garden Stamp Set was randomly stamped over the floral print and heat embossed with Princess Gold Embossing Powder (Z2066)

The brand NEW Basics Fundamentals Sticker Pack has some lovely gold, silver, black and white shapes and letters in it. This little tab was perfect.

2 of the individual flowers and a leaf are compatible with the Artiste Cricut cartridge. I cut them in whisper cardstock to keep the colours soft. Gold Gems (Z2023) and Gold Shimmer Trim (Z1985) complemented the heat embossing.

The decorative edge on this strip was created using the Scallop Border Punch (Z1851). I ran the edge over my VersaMark ink pad (Z891) and embossed in gold.
