Big Kids

Our USA convention for Close To My Heart was held in Disneyland, California.  A good friend and sister consultant, Mandy Ellery, travelled with me for the event.  We added some time either side for fun.  This page shows how brave we were going on the Tea Cups ride in Fantasyland.  Neither of us like scary rides so we decided to be big kids and do all the tame rides. The newly released Paper Fundamentals are proving the perfect accompaniment for these photos.  Their bright, shiny side adds some zing to the layout and the patterned side adds highlights.  This layout features Juniper and Thistle, a new colour, from the Whimsy Assortment pack (Z2033)  Click here to see all the papers in the Fundamentals range. You will find full instructions and cutting diagrams for this layout on page 20-21 of the Cherish How To Book (9038).  My title was stamped using the Framework Alphabet stamps(E1027) which I coloured with the NEW Shin Han Alcohol Markers. The Peony Purple (Z2462) was a perfect colour match for Thistle and then I layered two colours to create the Juniper colour in the title - Pastel Green (z2459) and Turquoise Blue (Z2465) Happy Scrappin' Shaunna
