One of the most popular themes for scrapbook pages is celebrations.  We want to record the fun and memories of special occasions honouring the people we love the most.

Let’s get together to scrapbook some really gorgeous layouts to make your special person shine.  I’m hosting a paper picnic in September that’s perfect for any occasion.  We are playing with a fabulous new set of thin cuts that offer endless creative possibilities.  If you like using up scraps in creative ways, you are going to love this set of dies.

What’s included in your registration?

• Online anytime participants have access to step-by-step pre-recorded videos covering cutting, assembly and tailoring the layouts to your style and needs. These are hosted on my Passionate About Pages website and available for your viewing at any time in the future.
• Online with Zoom participants have the additional option to join a private Facebook event and earn tickets in a prize draw by participating in simple challenges on picnic day. You can join a zoom session for chats with me at 9am and 4.30pm.  We often leave the zoom meeting open when I head off to teach the in person class so you can chat with others online as you create.  
• In person attendees receive a gift upon arrival, have bottomless cups of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, crop in a well lit room and enjoy the company of like-minded people. I will teach the lessons in person and be on hand to help you with anything during the day.  You will also earn tickets in prize draws for completing some simple challenges (like turning up) on the day. You also have unlimited access to the pre-recorded videos.

What would you like to create with?

• You decide if you would like to work with the Celebrating You Collection like me or if you are going to shop your stash and use celebration themed product you already own.  Be sure to download the workshop guide while you are there.
• Check the full list of supplies I’ve used (listed at the end of this post) to guide your choices.
• Order any new supplies you need to arrive at least 3 days before the picnic
• This gives you time to pre-cut following the handout and video I share ahead of time showing ways to conserve paper and make the thin cuts easier to manage.

What will you learn?

• I will share completed projects along with demonstrations showing how to use the left over papers.
• Tips and tricks for short cuts, improved finish and getting the most from your supplies are shared.
• Specific techniques for using the items on my supply list are taught.
• You choose whether your layouts will be Fast, Fun or Fancy.  We all have different styles and I want to honour your choices by offering different ways to use the same layout designs.
